Samhain - Initium LP on PLAN 9 Records (PL9-04) . Original 1st press on black vinyl , w/ small ring in center of label . This has glossy cover , with no lyric insert . 

Side One - MATRIX/RUNOUT ETCHED (PL-904-A TR Pa 6-84) EDP stamped 

Side Two - MATRIX/RUNOUT ETCHED (PL-904-B-1 TR Pa 8-84) EDP stamped

Vinyl - VG (Has mild scuffs & marks , some dishing in vinyl .Slight surface noise on side 2 . Retains nice gloss .)

Cover - VG+ (Light cover wear & light upper spine / edge wear .)
