Matrix: "VAN GELDER" stamp on both sides. No "ear" mark.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)
Front/Back: Some scuffs, easy scotch taped on bottom, seems like glue repaired on top seam, but looks not bad, old tape mark & wear on top edge, light edge & corner wear.
