  Sam Rivers: The Complete Blue Note Sessions 
Original limited edition 5 Lp box set from 1998 on Mosaic records, catalog # MQ5-167
  
4 of the 5 Lp's are in excellent condition; like new.
Record 3 has some problems; there are some heavy scuffs & scratches in places - it looks like it was dropped.
Side A, track one plays fine; track two and side B, track 1 play through with some occasional loud crackle and pops. Side B track 2 plays fine. Now to add insult to injury: THERE IS NO BOOKLET!  Box looks fine.
