Original 1969 Album on silver & black label.
Side One: Cold Embrace ; The Dark Lord ; The Sky is Burning ;

This example of this rare album is not without its faults but it generally plays very well, and the
few problems that I will attempt to outline do not detract from the listening pleasure.
Side one is visually excellent, with no visible scratches, and apart from a couple of clicks
on track one, plays extremely well. Apart from the odd 'pop' there is no annoying surface crackling.
Side Two has a few visible marks, most notably at the start of track one, (see photo). These look like a
'scrape', and give off some crackling in the run in and are audible for the first ten seconds of the track.
There are a couple of other very light, but none the less visible scratches, but these do not seem to be audible.
Apart from a click at the end of track 1, and the odd pop here and there, as on side one there is no surface crackling.
all in all this is a very good, listenable record, and I am sure will not dissappoint.
The Textured Gatefold Sleeve is showing signs of its 42 year existence. The inside of the gatefold is clean and in
good order. The front is marked with a little of the black wearing thin, all wording is intact. The reverse is very good but with some ring wear.
There is some wear to the top and bottom edges, with a 1.5 in. split at the opening bottom edge where the lp is inserted.
The spine has some where but is readable. (Please see photos)
While there undoubtedly are some faults, this is still a very good, listenable record.
