SAM GOPAL: Escalator (Stable UK 1969 SLE 8001 printed matrix SLE+8001+A/B°
original uk copy of this much sought-after heavy underground acid/psych lp. Fuzzguitars all over the place and over the top madman vocals from the later to be legendary Lemmy (of Hawkwind and Motorhead fame).
the very fragile cover is in excellent condition, only the slightest coverwear, no splits or seams, no tears; the record is not known for the quality of the pressing, but this is a great copy: no cracks, tics or jumps, some faint hairlines that don't affect play. all in all one of the best copies i've ever come across.
