SAM GOPAL - ESCALATOR. Great RARE VINYL LP(early Lemmy of Hawkwind/Motorhead) , 1969 STABLE RECORDS vinyl LP, with brilliant textured gatefold sleeve, please see the pictures of the labels for the track listings. 1969 STABLE RECORDS stereo vinyl LP SLE 8001. **CONDITION**
**When grading my items I follow Record Collector magazine's grading guide.** Therefore the textured gatefold sleeve has some light edge rubs + a very small scuff, possibly old, little price label damage, top right corner, ow the cover = very good +, the spine has some rubs which have effected the 'Escalator' and the reference part of the spine, so although the spine is strong the rubs make it only very good condition, the matt, slightly rough black labels = excellent, the vinyl = excellent condition, plays great.
** CONDITION GRADES ** MINT = I NEVER REALLY USE THIS GRADE, BUT IF I DID IT WOULD MEAN THAT THE ITEM IS IN A FACTORY FRESH/NEVER PLAYED CONDITION. EXCELLENT = RECORD SHOWS SOME SIGNS OF HAVING BEEN PLAYED, BUT THERE IS VERY LITTLE LESSENING IN SOUND QUALITY. THE COVER AND PACKAGING MIGHT HAVE SOME SLIGHT WEAR AND/OR CREASING. VERY GOOD = THE RECORD HAS OBVIOUSLY BEEN PLAYED MANY TIMES, BUT DISPLAYS NO MAJOR DETERIORATION IN SOUND QUALITY, DESPITE NOTICABLE SURFACE MARKS AND THE OCCASIONAL LIGHT SCRATCH. NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR ON THE COVER AND EXTRA ITEMS, WITHOUT ANY MAJOR DEFECTS. THE GRADES MIGHT BE TWEAKED BY + AND - 's.**
I WILL USUALLY TRY TO TEST/PLAY THE RECORD ON A VARIETY OF DECKS/SYSTEMS ; TECHNICS SL1200, GEMINI 600II, NUMARK PT01 AND ION USB.

I take great care when packaging and sending my items. My items are sent in new protective plastic sleeves, within a larger, thick cardboard package, stamped 'RECORDS please do not bend' ( where appropriate the record is taken out of its picture sleeve and placed into a plain sleeve, to avoid cover damage in transit ).
IMPORTANT A 'proof of posting' certificate and receipt is obtained for all items sent. In the very rare case of an item going missing, a claim can be submitted to the Royal Mail, but this will only cover the first £28 of the items value and is obviously subject to the Royal Mails investigation into the loss. For valueable items there is an insured/signed for option, please ask for details/quotes.
