Description

This is the rare original deep-groove pressing of Ruth Olay "Olay!" on the large drummer logo labels of Emarcy MG 36125. The playing surface is in near-new condition, with a high luster; perhaps played once. The cover is also in extraordinary condition - clean and bright throughout - with sharp corners and perfect seams, and only light foxing on back. This was Olay's first recording, from l957/l958 sessions. Personnel includes Don Fagerquist, Bud Shank, Red Mitchell, and Shelly Manne.
