Cover: Original first press single cover with the red-coloured Rush logo. The cover is still in its original shrink; hence, everything is in immaculate condition: no ring-wear, no corner-wear and no seams splits. Unfortunately, the bottom left-hand corner has been cut; otherwise, I would have had no hesitation in grading the cover near-mint.
Inner Sleeve: Original-issue, paper inner sleeve, also with the cut corner and with a couple of seam splits.
Labels: Pale blue Moon labels with a couple of light spindle trails on both sides.
Vinyl: Original Moon Records pressing, which looks near-mint under normal lighting. Under a halogen light I can see some light sleeve-removal scuffs which have no affect on playback. There is a light touch of surface noise, which can only really be heard in-between tracks or during the quieter moments (of which there aren’t that many!). It certainly isn’t loud and doesn’t detract from the enjoyment of the music. I have had three of these pass through my hands in the past and all suffered from the same surface noise, even the ones that looked near-mint, so I can only assume that the vinyl quality used was not the best. Dynamic sound quality, with no pops, ticks, skips or distortion, but there is that light surface noise, so strictly graded as EX. Additional Info: All of the vinyl that I am selling is from my personal collection, and has been cleaned on a VPI HW 16.5 Record Cleaning Machine. I keep all of my records in ‘Mobile Fidelity’ rice paper inner sleeves and store them with the records outside of the covers in plastic, re-sealable protective sleeves.
