We are not thrift store cowboys/cowgirls that are buying other peoples junk to sell. We know the history of our items, everything has been properly stored/looked after with care, sanitized/cleaned/no fingerprints/smudges lol. Buying sealed records from thrift store/yard sale flippers is so risky. Where has the vinyl been? Has the vinyl been exposed to heat, cold, stored properly to prevent the record from warping.*****

Hello, and thank you for viewing my listing. This is one of a few Unplayed promo copies that was given to me during my time of working for A&M Records Canada, and my partner worked for Polygram/Vertigo for 12 years. These were distributed through Capital Records. However, many copies made their way to us through industry relations. This has been sitting as an Unplayed album for 43 years in a protective plastic sleeve, ever since bringing it home in 1980. I worked in management for A&M for over 20 years. These are some of the perks of working for a record label during the great years of the music industry. *******Unplayed virgin vinyl*******. The cover is as fresh and crisp as the day it was released. One of my favorite Rush albums as this was one that still captured the earlier roots, but not as keyboard driven as the rest of the '80s. Classic album and a fantastic find for a real Rush fan. Again, no disrespect to my American friends but, Anthem is the label for RUSH. You can see by the matrix/runout that this is 1st pressing. Oh, this album was Mastered at Trident by Ray Staff. What great audio playback. Enjoy! It's science fiction to find a sealed CDN 1st pressing of this, these just don't exist anymore. So, here's an Unplayed copy (time capsule) that came right from the Canadian music industry. Enjoy!
