Description
Here we have the Super Ultra Rare Japanese 45 / 7” record for the Rush single – “Closer To The Heart”. If you are not familiar with this, I assure you that it is one of the most difficult Rush picture sleeve singles to find. Most people consider the Moon 45 to be the ultimate 7” find but after collecting Rush memorabilia for over 25 years, this one proved to be the most difficult for me. Yes, the Moon is tough to find but I have seen probably 3 times as many of those for sale as I have the Japanese “Closer To The Heart”.
It comes with a red Japanese Philips sleeve and the picture insert, which has the lyrics on the back. I would rate the sleeve and disc at between VG++ and EX-. As you can see in the picture, there is some creasing at the top corner of the sleeve. Please note that I have not played the disc as I purchased it strictly as a collectible. The B-side features the song “Madrigal”
To say that this would be a very nice add to any Rush collection is a definite understatement.
Shipping will be $5.00 in the U.S. for priority mail with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. International will be more.
