Description
ARTIST: RUSH TITLE: 2112 (Twenty One Twelve) DESCRIPTION: RUSH 2112 (1976 Japanese 6-track vinyl LP featuring their fourth make-or-break album that saw Canadas leading trio casting aside the criticism of the previously panned [but excellent!] Caress Of Steel digging their heels in and going evenmore all out prog with the side-1 filling title-track which with much relief struck the right chords with fans and critics alike with its dystopian theme and expertly delivered music backed with a non-stop run of more concise hits on Side 2 including live set regulars A Passage To Bangkok and
Something For Nothing and the sublime The Twilight Zone all
providing the band with much deserved radio-friendly access
at the time. Housed in the back-pasted picture sleeve
complete with the Japanese / lyric insert and the red & white
obi-strip. There is just a little scuffing to the opening edge
corners along with a little foxing to the back of the sleeve &
obi however despite a couple of light spindlemarks showing
evidence of play the vinyl appears in near as new condition!
