Description
Arguably Roy Harper's best ever album, 1971's "Stormcock",on Harvest Records,SHVL 789; A4U/B4U matrix numbers and original textured gate fold sleeve. The record features only four long, but beautiful tracks, one of which-"The Same Old Rock",features one Jimmy Page,of Led Zeppelin fame,playing some lovely guitar.Page is listed on the sleeve as "Flavius Mercurius" for contractual reasons, but it is widely known now that, he was a big fan of Harper's, who,in turn, had an influence on Zeppelin's work. There is some minor wear to the sleeve, but the record sounds excellent; VG++, overall; includes Harvest label inner. All the records I sell have been professionally cleaned and tested, using a Keith Monks record cleaning machine, and a Linn Axis turntable.
