Description

This very rare vinyl demo album is in good condition and will be sent to the winner of this auction by first class post.  There are a few scratches, unfortunately I am unable to check how significant they are as my turntable is long gone.

I am also selling other LPs and CDs this week; please see my other listings for more bargains.

There is nothing printed on the white labels on the record.

The sleeve is basic white card with black & white reproductions on front and back (The back image is not as clear as the front - See images below)

Wikipedia says the following: -

‘A dispute between EMI and Harper prevented the planned release of this album (Harvest (SHSP 4077)) though a few test pressings do exist.’

‘The album cover features logos, products and advertising, primarily from television commercials of the era. Most visible are the Smash Martian, Honey Monster, Michelin Man and a large pack of Wrigleys gum.’

‘The band on this record were known as Black Sheep and included Andy Roberts, Henry McCullough, Dave Lawson, Dave Cochran and John Halsey. Dave Cochran was a survivor from Trigger, which was the band that made HQ.’
