During checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). (Please note, some items may offer only one shipping method.)

If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Return Policy


Roxy will provide refunds to customers who return products via U.S. Mail unworn and unwashed, in their original condition and packaging (if any), with the tags still attached within 30 days from the date of an online purchase through eBay.

In-Store Returns


Please note that purchases made through eBay may only be returned via mail.

Standard Return Shipping

• Mail returns require 10-12 business days to process.
• Refunds will be given within 30 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
• Customers will be notified via email when the return has been processed and a credit has been issued to the original form of payment

How to Submit a Return via Mail

• Complete the return questionnaire on the packing slip/receipt.
• Cut off the pre-addressed mailing label portion of the packing slip/receipt.
• Merchandise is to be securely packed in the original box, if possible, removing all extra labels from the outside of the package.
• Please enclose the top portion of the original packing slip/receipt. If you are unable to provide the packing slip/receipt, then you must include the order number, billing name and address.
• Affix the pre-addressed label to the package.
• All return shipping charges must be prepaid. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted.
• Packages should be shipped through a traceable shipping method. Please retain the return tracking number for your records.
