Description
You are bidding on a ATCO SD 7004 the Original 1972 US pressing of the Rory Gallagher Deuce LP, acquired from a relative about 30 years ago. It in its original shrink wrap which remains sealed. As you can see from the numerous pictures, the shrink wrap is in nearly perfect condition, with just a slight tear on the upper-right portion of the back cover (pictured) that does not affect the tightness of the wrap. The only two condition issues of note that I could see are: 1) two creases in the upper right-hand corner of the front cover (pictured), and the notation "c/o" written in pen on the shrink wrap on the upper-right portion of the front cover (also pictured). On the latter defect, my relative worked in a record store, and it is likely that he rescued this album from the cutout bin, hence the notation "c/o". However, there are not cutout marks of any kind that I can see. Of course, I have not idea of the condition of the record inside the shrink, but given that the shrink is sealed I suspect that it would be in fine shape. All in all, probably one of the better examples you will see of this fine record! Will ship in cardboard and a padded envelope to preserve the integrity of this item.
