Description
Up for auction is the original motion picture soundtrack LP vinyl release for Rodney Asher's documentary ROOM 237, which features radical theories on Stanley Kubrick's masterpiece THE SHINING. (Based upon the Stephen King novel.)
This vinyl version comes with a poster, and a bonus CD of the complete score.
One of the finest modern scores we at Death Waltz have heard in a very long time. Room 237 is simply monstrous; this is a huge sounding record that references John Carpenter, Goblin, Stevlio Cipriani, late 70s prog and early 80s electronic music all the while with it’s feet firmly in the present day. The minute we heard this score we knew we had to release it.
180gm orange & red vinyl cut at 45rpm housed inside a heavyweight casebound tip on sleeve.
Comes with 14 track CD of complete score.
