Registration costs an extra $7 and is optional EXCEPT for Germany, Spain and Italy where registration is now mandatory, due to too many problems in the past [necessity of a tracking number for paypal payments].
Payment: Bank wire in € for European countries whom currency is Euro (conversion at fixed rate as per www.xe.com), Paypal in $ for other countries. Payment is expected within a week. Appropriate feedback will be posted.
