Appendices: "Laminated Different G/F Cover" & "Insert"

Description: This is scarce Japanese original copy ( released in 1966 ) of their 5th album, comin' with rare Japanese insert. This album was issued with completely different gate-fold cover. The gate-fold cover is laminated on its surface, showing cool members' photo on front & back, and "Japanese description" inside. It's hard to find this item in any condition even in my country nowadays. Scarce item from far east to serious collector.
Condition: G/G (Cover/Disc)
COVER: Cover is aged, creased and partly stained on its surface of front, back & inside. It's partly worn around edges, with the spine torn in its middle ( See photo ). There's partial ring-wear on the back. Otherwise no strip, dent & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc has many slight scuffs on the surface of each side with some scratches and hairlines. There're many spindle-marks on each label. Otherwise none of any serious flaw ( such as deep scratch ), which is to be rated as "G". It's still enjoyable, playing strong on each track.
OBI: OBI is missing.
INSERT: FAIR, being creased and aged on its surface of each side with many tiny writings here and there.
