This is a highly collectible copy of The Rolling Stones' seminal 1971 album, Sticky Fingers.
Sticky Fingers is the ninth studio album by the English rock band the Rolling Stones. It was released on 23 April 1971 on the Rolling Stones' new label, Rolling Stones Records.
The Rolling Stones had been contracted by Decca Records and London Records in the UK and the US since 1963. On this album, Mick Taylor made his second full-length appearance on a Rolling Stones album (after the live album Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out!). It was the first studio album without Brian Jones, who had died two years earlier. The original Grammy-nominated cover artwork, conceived and photographed by Andy Warhol, showed a picture of a man in tight jeans, and had a working zip that opened to reveal underwear fabric. The image of a man in tight denim jeans remains one of the most famous and boundary-pushing covers in rock history.
This specific copy is an original first UK pressing as evidenced by the dead wax. For the UK release of Sticky Fingers on Rolling Stones Records (COC 59100), the A3 and B3 matrix codes are universally recognised by collectors as the earliest known stampers ever produced for this album. (Despite starting at "3," no A1/B1 or A2/B2 configurations are known to exist for the UK release)
Condition:
Used - Good. The sleeve shows signs of wear with some edge wear and minor creases. There are some minor scuffs on the vinyl itself. The name of the owner has been written on the inlay and the back of the album cover. Please see photos.

Buyers may collect their purchased items from the Florence Nightingale Hospice Charity Furniture Showroom in Aylesbury by prior arrangement. Simply select the "Free Collection in Person" option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will be notified to schedule a convenient collection time. The Showroom is open for collections Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.
