With Double Original King Record's Custom Paper Inner Sleeve for "Sample Record",16 page Lyrics/Japanese Linernotes Booklet and An Illustration  Panel Designed by Katsu Yoshida.

This Is Promo White Label Copy, So Japanese Word "Sample"  are Printed on All Labels.

Disc are Near MINT, Box is EX Minus (A Small Damages on Back, See Picture 4).
