ROLLING STONES MFSL 11-LP BOX SET
Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab 11-LP Rolling Stones Box Set, released in 1984 as a limited numbered edition and long out of print. This copy is #2920 and is excellent condition.
All 11 LPs are a strong NM and appear unplayed, aside from Side One of the live album 'Get Yer Ya-Yas Out,' which has one light mark across the first three and a half tracks. However, this record has been playtested on a Bang & Olufsen turntable and the mark is inaudible.
Set contains a full-color booklet in excellent condition with reproductions of album art, a fold-out advertisement for the set, and Mobile Fidelity's GeoDisc alignment system. Note: The 3D lenticular on the cover of this particular booklet is from an actual original copy of 'Their Satanic Majesties Request,' as the one original to this set fell off and was lost. The GeoDisc box has been taped with packing tape along the top and bottom seams. Does not come with envelope.
The box itself is in excellent condition with no rips, tears, or major dents. The latch is untarnished and the hinges still straight. The record jackets are all in excellent condition as well with no seam splits, creases, dents or tears.
All in all, a great copy of a rare box set.
