Angeboten wird eine der Original Rolling Stones Boxen von Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab's (MFSL), erschienen im Jahr 1984. Seriennummer: 6.603 von 10.000 limitierten Ausgaben.

Es handelt sich um insgesamt 11 LPs in höchstwertiger Half-Speed Aufnahmetechnik und schwerem 180gr Vinyl. Dabei ist auch das Geo Disk zur Tonabnehmer Justage und das Kunstbuch mit allen Covern der 11 LPs, u.a. dem legendären 3-D-Cover der Satanic Majesties Request.

Die Platten sind ungespielt !!! Die Box hat außen ganz leichte Gebrauchsspuren, die im Lauf der Jahre einfach nicht zu vermeiden sind.

Up for auction is a brand new Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab's release of "The Rolling Stones" Box, catalog # MFSL RC-1, originally released in October 1984. This set is brand new, it was only opened to check the content.

This set of Stones Lp´s is much more rare than The Beatles "Collection" 14 Lp set. There were 20,000 Beatles sets manufactured, but only 10,000 Stones sets were made, this set was #6.603 of all the albums that were pressed. The Limited Edition Library of Orginal Master Recordings, transferred direct from the original 1963 to 1969 master recording tapes of The Rolling Stones, includes an elegant Artbook that reproduces the Rolling Stones original album cover graphics. This is the Rolling Stones' first decade of recording during the 1960's. For the first time, you will be able to really hear how The Rolling Stones sounded in the studio and in "live" concert. The collection utilizes MFSL's exclusive half-speed mastering music transference technology, the world's highest quality vinyl pressings and extraordinarily protective packaging.

The Rolling Stones Artbook included with this collection is a handsome, oversize full-color artbook. The Rolling Stones Artbook displays the original album cover graphics of each of the albums in the collection, duplicated from the orginal film transparencies, printed on art quality paperstock. The artbook also includes interviews with the Rolling Stones engineers and producers. Framed in a sturdy wooden housing, this presentation box is covered in an elegant black fabric emblazoned with the striking red logotype of The Rolling Stones collection. For ultimate protection, the eleven Original Master Recording Discs are stored in perfect vertical. The set also comes with a Geodisc for cartridge alignment. Each individual Original Master Recording disc is enveloped in an anti-static, anti-abrasive "rice paper" sleeve for maximum vinyl protection.
