Stickered sleeve
Sticker becoming rarer with a slight tear but cleverly adhered together in very good + condition. Sleeve is excellent with a slight laminate lift towards the spinal column but no rips or tears. Gorgeous glossy sheen and a clean reverse . Some biro on inner fold but not seen and with a S in peep hole, Destined for stereo insert but never made it obviously!
Complete with mega rare poster in near mint condition. I do not think it has been unfolded until I examined for grading purposes. Stunning exhibit with a crisp and ultra clean, factory fresh feel .
Inner sleeve
Original red inner sleeve with LIB credits etc. in wonderful condition. Light creasing only with no seam splits, rips or tears.
Labels
Red open Decca label format . Very early issue and shows some spider lines . Excellent condition with no fading . No mottling. No peeling. No rips. No tears.
Vinyl
Under ordinary light a stunning appearance as the surfaces have a blinding, mirror like sheen. Under closer inspection and if angled, one can observe some extremely light hairlines/surface marks where presumably the inner sleeve has brushed its surfaces. The sheen is quite incredible and creates an excellent visual as any surface marks disappear under its glasslike surfaces.
Audio
One of the best I have heard. Excellent channels with no distortion detected. Hardly any surface disturbance . Even M idnight Rambler plays like a dream which is the ultimate test piece for this vinyl as there are very quiet parts of music on this track. Incredible aural delivery and I really doubt that one will find a better audio from this monumental Stones classic release. Exceptionally clear channels and has always been played on top grade, high quality hi fi equipment.
One for the serious collector . Will stand proud in any vinyl collection . Certainly one of the best examples of this huge influential masterpiece of the sixties .
