Open Unboxed ,red /silver Decca label ,the VERY first to be pressed with the grooved ridge and Ffss frequency text , with one/two spider line traces ONLY on BOTH labels either side , inferring perhaps only played twice…..!  VIRTUALLY MINT condition . Unbelievable rich , scarlet red coloration with shiny, silver text near perfection with no fading. NO spindle wear. NO rips. No tears . NO damage of any kind. NO mottling. No crusting. No peeling. No hand writing. AWESOME labels and possibly the BEST exhibits ever discovered from this monumental  release. Virtually mint very first issue labels on either side and a stunning visual . Impossible to locate a near mint example of this awesome Stones’ classic release ! FACTORY FRESH and virtually PERFECT.

Vinyl

THE very first cut of this magnificent release. Thick, chunky heavyweight quality vinyl and gives a buzz when held !Very similar to mint vinyl in appearance . Highly polished surfaces with a mirror like sheen . If scrutinised extremely closely under a strong halogen, can detect the lightest of hairlines/one extremely light blemish (possibly caused from the inner sleeve brushing against the surfaces) , almost invisible as they disappear behind its staggering sheen. Awesome visual under ordinary light .  Best I have ever had the pleasure to view. The jet black, polished vinyl appears stunning against the deep crimson red of the labels. APPEARS FACTORY fresh and the highly polished surfaces are quite breathtaking to the naked eye . Unbelievable appearance . To locate a Stones record in this condition is almost non existent but to locate one which has the earliest possible matrices and mother stampers on both sides of the vinyl is surely an impossibility, especially in this near mint condition. Has to be the best in existence today, without a doubt.

Stickered , first issue sleeve with laminated front face in excellent ++ condition. The sticker has a slight scuff to its top left corner, but the printing is almost perfect and the deep black contours are unfaded. Sticker becoming more and more elusive as each day passes.. Stickers are difficult to locate as many were removed by previous owners as posters got discarded or lost to a bedroom wall… rare sticker in excellent  condition.

First issue James Upton sleeve with laminated front face. Hermaphrodite sleeve with peephole on reverse to indicate stereo/mono recording in ultra clean condition . Some very slight corner creasing . A stunning glossy front lamination with a gleaming mirror like sheen to die for ! Minimal feathering to opening edge and a gem of an example of this earliest first issue sleeve. Spine near mint clearly showing title . Overall, an Ex + condition and quite remarkable for a vintage album sleeve . Stunning visual perception as lamination is smooth and shiny, reflecting a thick gloss and producing that ultra clean touch .

Comes complete with NEAR MINT poster with folds crisp and clean cut , with hardly any handling history . First issue  Victor Khan endorsed and factory fresh feel, boxed Decca logo on lower right corner . Stunning as new condition .

Red inner sleeve

First issue inner sleeve without blacked out choir credits. Record impression only with no seam splits , rips or tears. A phenomenal fresh feel, yet again and an awesome exhibit of this hard to find insert.  Nr mint- condition .

Audio

Owing to its extremely light playing history, probably propels this album into the most desired vinyl worldwide to possess. A serious collectable record in its sensational condition as it is virtually impossible to locate like this ,as most were played and played, used and abused into submission, resulting in groove wear and massive surface damage. No heavy styli played on these surfaces as the aural delivery is quite superb !This vinyl is surreal…unbelievable in its presentation ..Tracks are delivered with just the slightest static on opening tracks and really not much more to report in the way of critical analysis of audio. At least an excellent aural delivery and considerably better for the most part of this awesome classic .The extra loud cut delivery and that extra warm punch  make this audio so much better than the later pressings and the reissues which were produced .  

 At times, each channel operates to a finite distinction and plays with hardly any surface disturbance , with mostly silent channels between tracks. Odd light distant static during some of the quieter parts but does little to affect the music presentation . Each tone is delivered with a sharp definition and an exquisite razor sharp edge. Monotone at its very,very best .

To locate a Stones record in this condition is almost non existent but to locate one which has the earliest possible matrices and mother stampers, on both sides of the vinyl is surely an impossibility . This is THE very first UK pressing, the master to all the subsequent pressings and reissues that followed. A dream for many serious collectors to discover this album presentation ,especially in this near mint condition. Has to be the best in existence today, without a doubt.
