Description
Rolling Stones "Between The Buttons" LP released in the mid 60's on London PS499. The cover of the album was signed by all 5 original members during a US Tour. Signed by Charlie Watts (Charlie Boy), Bill Wyman (the original Bass player), Keith Richards, Mick Jagger, and Brian Jones, who died in 1969. This album was released in the mid 60's as Brian was becoming disinterested in the band. He wanted to go out on his own and produce. He actually wanted to be the leader of the Stones but didn't have the presence that Mick had. He became heavily dependent on drugs and lef the band when Mick Taylor came in. Brian died in July of 1969 and the reports said he drowned in his swimming pool. This album may very well have been one of the last album's that he signed. Great signatures, very clear. Jacket is kept in a clear cover and away from light. The jacket seam is deteriorating slightly but does not affect the signatures. Record is EX. Songs include: Let's Spend The Night Together, Yesterday's Papers, Ruby Tuesday, Connection, She Smiled Sweetly, Cool, Calm, and Collected, All Sold Out, My Obsession. Who's Been Sleeping Here?, Complicated, Miss Amanda Jones, and Something Happened To Me Yesterday. Excellent opportunity to own a rare piece of Stones memorabilia.
