Appendices: "Different Golf-Cover" & "Insert"

Description: This is rare Japanese early press copy ( released in 1967 ) of their early album. The cover is different in design on the back from UK copy, what we call "Golf Cover". It's also printed with "Japanese description", which also differs from any other countrie's copy. It's hard to find this item in any condition even without obi. Scarce item from far east to serious collector.
Condition: EX-/EX+ (Cover/Disc)
COVER: Cover is excellent in condition, except for slightly worn spine & top. It's slightly stained on top-rim inside gate-fold, while being clean on front & back. Otherwise no tear, ring-crease, dent, strip & writing...OK.
DISC: Disc is excellent in condition, keeping glossy. It has a slight scuff on SideB ( but none on SideA ). Otherwise none of any scratch, hairline & spindle-mark on each label, which is to be rated as "EX+". No flaw on the groove of SideA, and both labels...clean disc ( especially for its old age ), I guarantee you.
OBI: OBI is missing.
INSERT: EX.
