Description
THE ROLLING STONES - 'BEAT BEAT BEAT'
This rare 10-track, 10" album was made & released by Decca Germany as a special limited edition in July 1965 as Decca: 60 368
A reported 2,000 copies only were pressed which were sold to ‘Bertelsmann’ club members only until its withdrawal in December 1967
Matrix numbers: LPO-10990-X & LPO-10991-X
'MANUFACTURED IN GERMANY' is also machine stamped into each run-out

Housed in an unlaminated German printed cover together with its original poly-lined inner-sleeve.

Labels: EXCELLENT -
Both are clean & unfaded with no damage to the gold print. There is a collection of spindle marks around each slightly worn centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Both playing surfaces retain their deep-gloss factory shine with the only noticeable blemish in strong daylight being a light, non-feelable fingernail scuff on side 2. Even close examination directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp fails to reveal any further marks or wear whatsoever.
Sound Quality: VERY GOOD
This copy has received a moderate amount but is free from any major audible faults. Some light background is audible throughout and there is mild playwear on the final track on side 2. However, apart from a few light ticks between some of the tracks on side 2, there is little else to fault on this rare pressing.
Cover: VERY GOOD +
A highly respectable example of this fragile cover which bears light handling & storagewear & no significant or major faults throughout. Both seams are unstressed and unsplit and the spine retains a slightly worn but readable 'The Rolling Stones' wording.
