Description
In the late 80's I bought this from a collector of autographed albums, and boy what a find! It's a fully signed copy of the 1967 "Their Satanic Majesties Request" album by the Rolling Stones. OK so this album didn't turn out to be their Sgt. Pepper's but it was one of Brian Jones last recorded works, and it's signed, rather prominently, by him in the upper corner. All signatures are pretty clear with Mick Jagger's being the exception. Mick appeared to have signed his either in black or blue ink over his picture, where he's wearing a black robe. I tried to show it in the sun, which allows for you to read it, but it's difficult to capture. The signature's there, but on first glance you might miss it. What can I say, the cover is in really nice shape, but sadly the actual vinyl was not housed inside. You'd be buying the jacket without the actual chunk of vinyl, but honestly, if you're interested in this, you already have the music right? Very difficult to come by as Brian has been dead for over 40 years now, so this chance may not come again. Would look stunning framed. I'll ship anywhere, but overseas would be more expensive.
