Wax Condition: M- (very clean, plays strong)
Label Condition: EX+ (light ring wear, ink stamp)
Notes: I just pulled this out of my personal collection here is the dead wax info.
If You're square side: CP 3346 Cee-Gee 701 B Rite 138 (all etched)
Hot-Rod side: CP 3345 Gee-Gee 45-701A Rite 138 (all etched) ....Also on both sides it looks to be a "M" inside of a "C"

All records are sent in mailers, the record is taken out of the cover or picture sleeve
to prevent damage.
Symbols (LT), Label tear, (RW) ring wear, (DJ) disc jockey promo, (SOL) sticker on label,
(WOL) Writing on label, (BB) bb hole cut out, (TS) tape stain, (RI) Reissue,(FS) factory
Sleeve, (SS) sticker stain, (NS) number sticker.
Grading:M- Mint Minus=like new condition, EX+ Excellent Plus=almost perfect may a blemish,
EX Excellent=Very clean record with a few paper scuffs label is clean may have a X or small
writing in pen, VG+ Very Good Plus=nice record that has been played and has light paper sucffs
and the label will have light to medium ring wear, VG Very Good=record will many paper scuffs
and the label will have wear also light clicks & pops , VG- Very Good Minus=a record that looks
bad wax and label but will still play well with some clicks & pops.
