Description

Five excellent LPs from Grammy Award winner Roberta Flack.   "First Take" (1969) Atlantic SD 8230 is her debut album and includes "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" and "Hey, That's No Way to Say Goodbye." Album jacket is excellent with light edge and corner wear. Inner sleeve is an excellent Atlantic advertising sleeve that has yellowed with age. The record is excellent - you may see a few scuffs, but they do not affect play.
"Chapter Two" (1970) Atlantic SD 1589 includes "Let It Be Me" and her cover of Bob Dylan's "Just Like a Woman"  Album jacket is excellent with minor edge wear and one bumped corner. The inner sleeve is also excellent - an Atlantic catalog promotion. The record is near mint.

"Quiet Fire" (1971) Atlantic SD 1594 includes "Bridge Over Troubled Water" and "Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow?" Album jacket is excellent with only corner bumps and faint ring wear. Inner sleeve is bright white and creased in two corners. The record is near mint.
"Killing Me Softly" (1973) Atlantic SD 7271 includes the title song and a cover of Janis Ian's "Jesse." The jacket is an unusual "gatefold"  where the piano top and base open to release the record. The jacket is excellent with only bumped corners and faint ring wear. The inner sleeve is an excellent advertising sleeve with a few folds/creases. The record is Very Good+ with Side One showing one visible scratch and two scuffs that do not affect play.
"Roberta Flack & Donny Hathaway" (1972) Atlantic SD 7216 includes "Where Is the Love" and a cover of Carole King's "You've Got a Friend" The jacket, especially the inner gatefold, is near mint with only bumped corners. The inner sleeve is near mint - no creases or folds - and is an Atlantic advertising copy. The record is near mint.
