Description

An early UK mono vinyl copy of the Robert Johnson LP King Of The Delta Blues Singers 
1966 - CBS – BPG 62456 
Sleeve is in solid condition with minor marks no splits. EX  
Vinyl looks to have had little play. EX  (Play tested played fine)  
Fantastic shape for a 59 year old record.
A visual grade is given, if there are any marks I will mention and play through. If the vinyl does not play well on your player I will take back, no problems.   
Everything he recorded in one pack. All the songs Robert Johnson ever recorded were during the years 1936-1937, when he was only 26 years old. He died a year later, poisoned by a jealous husband. 
Fifty years later, is the author of such standards as "Love In Vain" and "Sweet Home Chicago" considered a myth, and his whole repertoire is simply legendary. The influence of Robert Johnson's music still shows on contemporary works, and many of his songs have been since covered - sometimes stolen(!) - by other great artists, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin and the Rolling Stones among others.
