SS (Still Sealed): Die Schallplatte ist neu und verschweißt.
M (Mint): Das Vinyl ist neu und ungespielt. Das Cover zeigt keine Abnutzungen.
NM (Near Mint): Das Vinyl wurde sehr selten gespielt. Es hat noch die volle Klangqualität und keine Gebrauchspuren.  Das Cover hat keine sichtbaren Gebrauchspuren, es wurde weder beschrieben noch beklebt.
EX (Exzellent): Das Vinyl kann geringfügig sichtbare, auch geringfügig hörbare Gebrauchspuren haben, aber keine wesentlichen Qualitätsverluste. Das Cover kann kleine Abnutzungsspuren an Ecken und Rändern haben, aber ist insgesamt noch unversehrt.
VG+ (Very Good +): Das Vinyl weist geringfügige Qualitätsverluste auf, es kann kleine Kratzer haben und es könnte ein leichtes Rauschen vorkommen. Das Cover hat kleine Einrisse oder Abnutzungen, zumeist an den Kanten, ist aber dennoch in einem sehr guten Zustand.
VG (Very Good): Das Vinyl wurde öfter abgespielt und weist Qualitätsverluste wie regelmäßiges Rauschen oder Kratzen auf. Das Cover ist in ordentlichem Zustand, kann aber Abnutzungserscheinungen wie leichte Knicke oder Risse haben.
VG- (Very Good -): Das Vinyl wurde häufig abgespielt und hat mittelmäßige Klangqualität. Das Cover ist eingerissen oder leicht verschmutzt.
G (Good): Das Vinyl hat erheblich an Qualität verloren, an einigen Stellen können Verzerrungen oder größere Kratzer vorkommen. Das Cover ist stark beschädigt, verschmutzt oder beschriftet.
F/P (Fair/Poor): Das Vinyl lässt sich gerade noch abspielen, aber mit sehr schlechter Klangqualität. Das Cover ist sehr stark beschädigt oder gar zerrissen.

Explanation of the gradings:
SS (Still Sealed): The record is new and sealed.
M (Mint): The vinyl is new and unplayed. The cover shows no wear.
NM (Near Mint): The vinyl has been played very rarely. It still has the full sound quality and no signs of wear.  The cover has no visible signs of wear, it has neither been written on nor glued.
EX (Excellent): The vinyl may have slightly visible, even slightly audible signs of wear, but no significant loss of quality. The cover may have small traces of wear at corners and edges, but is still intact overall.
VG+ (Very Good +): The vinyl may have slight quality losses, it may have small scratches and there may be a slight noise. The cover has small tears or wear, mostly on the edges, but is still in very good condition.
VG (Very Good): The vinyl has been played more often and shows quality losses like regular hissing or scratching. The cover is in good condition, but may show signs of wear such as slight creases or cracks.
VG- (Very Good -): The vinyl has been played frequently and has mediocre sound quality. The cover is cracked or slightly soiled.
G (Good): The vinyl has lost a lot of quality, distortion or major scratches may occur in some places. The cover is badly damaged, dirty or labeled.
F/P (Fair/Poor): The vinyl is just about playable, but with very poor sound quality. The cover is very badly damaged or even torn.
