CROSS WAVES, 1986

Nigerian funk musician Rick Asikpo's third album I CAN FEEL IT has been a rare and much-wanted item for some time now, but even harder to find is his fourth album, THE CHILDREN OF THE WORLD from 1986! (I've never seen this LP on eBay)

The LP features Asikpo's trademark laidback synth-funk sound with some deep bass and even some forays into rap on "BEAT JAM," the last installment of the "Jam" series from his first and third albums. Definitely a must-have.

CONDITION:

SLEEVE: VG+ Sleeve is in great condition; some very light ring wear slightly visible. Almost negligible edge wear and no split seams. Standard age discoloration on the white back cover.

RECORD: VG+ Vinyl is glossy, clean and unmarked. Labels (white) show standard age discoloration, but are otherwise clean.
