Description
Revolution ‘Shades Of Blue’ ~ RARE UK Piccadilly PROMO 45
The Revolution – Hallelujah 45 (orig. UK MONO Piccadilly 7N.35289—1966, "ADVANCE PROMOTION COPY")
Release date: January 1966.
On offer here is an EXTREMELY RARE original white label PROMOTIONAL issue of the British single by THE REVOLUTION. The band was previously known as THE HELLIONS. The a-side is an obscure cover of a track which originally appeared on THE TOYS Sing "A Lover's Concerto" and "Attack!" album. But it is the excellent flipside which is of more interest here; raunchy R&B with a great melody - this should have been the a-side!
