Red Rodney returns feat.Billy Root Argo black DG mono   Red Rodney  ' Red Rodney returns '  ARGO LP 643 (USA) mono black label with deep groove - issued in 1959   Red Rodney : trumpet - Billy Root : tenor sax - Danny Kent : piano - Jay Cave : bass - Frank Young : drummer  Side 1 : Shaw nuff (Gillespie) - Red hot and blue (Kent) - I remember you (Mercer-Schertinger) - 5709 (Kent)    Side 2 : Whirlwind (Kent) - Jordu (D.Jordan) - Shelly (Kent) - Two by two (J.Cave)   Visual grading : record is EX full lustre has very light wear and few light unfeelable surface marks barely visible. Clean labels with some spindle wear  Playing grading : record is VG+ to EX- plays well with loud and clear sound. Has a light occasional background noise more audible in quieter parts. Also few light occasional ticks Cover grading : cover is VG to VG+ has light wear to corners, edges and to spine which has all titles readable. Front cover is clean with the top right corner well repaired for a split. Also bottom right corner has been repaired for a tiny seam split. Back cover has light age yellowing around the edges
