Red Garland 5et feat.J.Coltrane-D.Byrd Soul junction Prestige yellow DG RVG BergenfieldRed Garland Quintet ' Soul junction ' PRESTIGE PRLP 7181 (USA) mono yellow Bergenfield label with deep groove - rec. in 1960 - on the trail-off (dead wax) has the 'RVG' for Rudy Van Gelder Red Garland : piano - John Coltrane : tenor sax - Donald Byrd : trumpet - George Joyner : bass - Art Taylor : drums Side A : Soul junction (Garland) - Woody'n you (Gillespie) Side B : Birk's works (Gillespie) - I've got it bad (Webster-Ellington) - Hallelujah (Youmans) Visual grading : record is VG+ still full lustre has some tiny unfeelable lines and few unfeelable surface marks on both sides. Clean labels with light spindle wear Playing grading : record is VG+ to EX- plays very well with loud and clear sound. Has some occasional light background noise mostly audible in few quieter parts. Has also few light occasional ticks Cover grading : cover is VG has wear to corners, edges and spine which has a small piece of paper missing on top. Anyway spine has all titles readable. Top right corner has been repaired for a short seam split. Front is clean. Has age yellowing on back and some soiling around the edge close to spine on back. It also has a small piece of slick missing on top right corner of back cover FOR US BUYER ATTENTION $ 4 IS NOT THE CORRECT SHIPPING COST , I WILL SEND RECORD OUT FROM ITALY.
