Description

This is Prestige PRLP 7229 Red Garland Quintet Dig It, a New Jersey, yellow label,deep groove, original mono issue with RVG in the dead wax, featuring John Coltrane, Donald Byrd and Art Taylor. The record is in near mint condition showing almost no signs of use, playing quietly throughout. The labels are perfect. The glossy, original cover is also near mint.  This is a superb copy of this wonderful collector's piece. I have entered a reserve price.  The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12. This is part of a large Jazz record collection I will be offering in the next few months.
