Description
Readers Digest
The GOLD COLLECTION
Eight LP Compilation
This auction is for an EIGHT LP collection of some of the biggest hits by the world’s biggest artists. Released by Readers Digest in 1981, this is like the streaming service of its day, with enough music to get you through a whole day. Please check the photos for the complete track listing.
This copy of Solid Gold is in VG+ condition. All the play well. There is minor wear to the covers, but all are G+ at least. The outer box has shelf wear but is intact with no breaks. The inner box has marking at the back but it is also intact with no breaks. Please check the pictures as they form part of the description.
I will be listing several records over the coming weeks. These are from a private collection that has been in storage for a few years. The images used in the listings will always be the actual records for sale, stock images will not be used. Please note I will do my best to grade the condition of these records, but I am not a professional grader. If anything, the gradings will be conservative. All LPs will be test played but only major defects will be reported.
I am happy to combine postage if you are interested in more than one listing. The item will be packed carefully to ensure it arrives safely which may mean postage is a little higher, but I will only charge you the postage I pay. Local pick up will be from the Highett area, about 5 minutes from Southland Shopping Centre. Overseas buyers please note postage is based on weight and distance, which can make buying from Australia quite expensive.
All bids are final. Winning bidder please contact me within 3 days. Postage discounts will be offered if more than one auction has been won. Buyer is to pay all postage. Overseas bidders please note that there is an Australia Post surcharge to some countries; this is to be paid by the buyer. Email for accurate postal costs before bidding. Please email me any questions.
Good luck and happy bidding!
