Here's a unique opportunity to become the owner of one of the rarest Beatles records.
In 1969 Dutch Shell ordered a limited number of the Help Beatles album with the Shell logo in the cover. These records were pressed in Holland. Due to capacity problems a small number of records were pressed in Sweden.
This issue (the "Shell" cover) is very hard to find and to get your hands on a Swedish pressing is even harder! They all went to Shell employers.
The copy on offer is one of those ultra-rare Swedish pressings and is in Excellent condition, with only miner hairlines and surface marks. The sound quality is just great.
There is a reserve price on this item, but it is well below the price of the last copy that I found on offer on the internet!
I carefully grade my records as indicated below:
GRADING
CONDITION
MINT (M)
Near Mint (NM)
The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
If the record looks and sounds brand new (with no or minor spindlemarks) then, independant of the state of the cover, it is graded Near Mint. Cover is graded seperately.
EXCELLENT (EX)
The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. There may be some light surface noise in the outer grooves. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG)
The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD (G)
The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

It appears only 2000 copies were made in Holland and only a couple of dozens were pressed in Sweden.
