Recording Detail

Steve McQueen is the second studio album by English pop band Prefab Sprout, released in June 1985 by Kitchenware Records. The album was released by Epic Records in the United States as Two Wheels Good in anticipation of legal conflict with the estate of American actor Steve McQueen. The album cover references McQueen's lifelong passion for Triumph motorcycles and his 1963 film The Great Escape.

Album Condition

This is a rare release by this band. The vinyl is solid near mint and looks almost unused. The Epic-branded labels are near pristine. The outside jacket is in nice shape with no stains or discoloration, and shows some minor shelf wear. The original inner sleeve with band photos is included and has a small seam split. Album ships in Big Fudge vinyl outer sleeve and Mighty Music Mailer.

Seller Details

I’ve been a vinyl record fan for over 50 years. I search for those hidden LP gems in thrift shops, rummage and estate sales. I target albums rated VG+ or higher. I clean and inspect each LP before adding it to the inventory.

I use mailers from Bags Unlimited because they are sturdy and do a great job of protecting albums in transit, their design alleviates corner denting and they are easy to open without damaging the vinyl.
