The record you are viewing is part of a collection acquired through a successful auction bid. The product purchased is from a deceased record store owner whose doors closed circa 1970, having made a run of it during the 60's. An incredibly large volume of LPs remained, many in new (sealed) or pristine condition and properly stored. These will comprise the bulk of offerings I will be posting on eBay. With a vast and well preserved inventory, it will take time to sift through and uncover the many hidden gems that await. My goal is to present these finds to eBay buyers in a timely and systematic manner. I am aware finds of this nature are indeed rare, but the fact is, the records I will be listing have sat undisturbed for over 40 years waiting to be rediscovered, shared and enjoyed. I hope you will find some items you've been wanting and can be part of, what I feel, is an historical find. All items kept in smoke-free, pet-free environment.
Contemporary deep groove MONO (1st pressing) vinyl LP C 3541 - released 1957
Vinyl EX. May have been played once prior. Promo stamps labels both sides. Test play on NAD C555 turntable revealed clear transparent sound. EX condition cover virtually pristine. Spine has some discoloration consistent with age, small upper spine nick and some spine text fade (see photo). Top seam has a few light age spots. Promo stamp front and rear cover.
