Description

Joe Therrien Jr. & His Rockets -- "Hey Babe" Let's Go Downtown b/w Come Back To Me Darling -- Lido 505. Rare teen guitar rocker recorded in 1957 for Leo Roger's Lido Label in NYC, a label that was mainly an R&B effort. Backing the band was a vocal chorus by the Eckos. The record grades NM and NM labels. An odd release for NYC to say the least. A $100 - $125 in this condition. Never heard it? ANY QUESTIONS?: Time and effort go into selecting things for auction and I do my best to be as honest and accurate as possible, however occasionally errors do occur. If there are any questions, feel free to e-mail any questions prior to bidding. I will make every effort to get back to you before the auction closes. I have been involved with records for a good 40+ years! Although this does not make me an expert by any means, it helps! Be assured I will answer your questions honestly and to the best of my ability.

CHECK-OUT: (U.S. & International Buyers) Should you happen to win an auction item(s), please note that I will send you an invoice generated through e-Bay checkout. It will contain everything you will need to respond back to me. I usually have this invoice out to you within the first 24 hours by e-mail.

PAYMENT: (U.S. Buyers) I accept PayPal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks, and Personal Checks. Personal Checks will be held for 7-10 business days for clearence.

PAYMENT: (International Buyers) I will only accept these 2 forms of payment: PayPal, or Cash. If you are sending cash, Please send by Registered Mail. Payment must be in U.S. Funds

I would appreciate payment within 10 days of notification, unless you make prior arrangements with me. I'm very easy to deal with. All I ask is that you contact me so we can work something out.

U.S.SHIPPING: Buyer pays both shipping and handling. Shipping & handling is a flat rate of $4.00. Everything is sent 1st Class U.S. Mail. This is the fastest and safest in my opinion. Items sent by 4th Class Media Rate are somewhat cheaper, but are handled poorly and take forever and for that reason I don't use it. I package everything I ship in standard record cartons with cardboard protectors. When feasible, I will glady combine winning auctions to save you on shipping. If the auction(s) you are interested in are not ending on the same day, just send me a e-mail letting me know that you may be bidding on more than one item. Also, I'm not here to try and make money on Shipping & Handling fees. The materials used and time spent on mailing cost money. The means in which I package and ship most of the time, wind up costing me more than the actual fee I charge. Please do not take offense when none is intended.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Buyer pays both shipping and handling. Shipping & handling is a flat rate of $10.50. When possible, all packages will be sent U.S. First Class Mail International. This seems very safe and fast, and is available to many, countries.

INSURANCE COVERAGE: An insurace fee will be offered, based on your winning(s). This is an option I strongly suggest you take. If you decline, you know the drill: If your package is lost or damaged, I cannot be responsible. This should be a no brainer. The insurance option is not available to International buyers, so it will not be offered.

REFUNDS: If you are unhappy with your purchase, due to my error, I will gladly refund money within 2 days of of me receiving the return item(s) safely. I will refund the item(s) cost and shipping, but not the return shipping or any other fees. You are welcome to ship back to me the cheapest way, but remember, if you return anything to me non-insured or under insured and damage or loss occurs I will not be responsible. Again a no brainer.

PROBLEMS?: If something arises, why not contact me first! Communication can make a world of difference.

FEEDBACK: I will leave Positive Feedback for you upon a satisfactory completion of our transaction.

SOAPBOX:: If you do not intend on paying for anything you win, please don't bid. This is really becoming a problem as of late. Be advised if your feedback is low or negative, I will not accept your bid(s)! I don't want to go through the hassle, if this poses a problem Too Bad!
