Condition is VG+/VG+
THIS IS A NICE COPY!
My grading scale is as follows (I do not use EX or VG++ or any of that over-grading crap):
M never used unless the item is brand new, unopened
M- a very clean record with minor imperfections
VG+ a nice record with a few scratches, nicks, marks. Cover may show some light general wear, small amount of seam splitting,etc.
VG a record with more scratches and marks, cover may show significant ring wear, seam splitting, writing etc.
VG-, a record with many scratches but still plays through, cover is worse than a VG record with more significant wear and issues
G, a record w/ a lot of scratches and wear but still plays although the noise from the record distracts from the music, cover has many flaws -rips, tears, full seam splits, etc.
