(UK Original First press on PEGASUS, PEG 7 from 1972)

 

Label/Sleeve -> Gatefold sleeve made of special thick paper which has a soft grainy look. Flying Horse label.

Cover printed at E.J Day & Co of  London and Bedford

 

Matrix # -> PEG 7A-1U / PEG 7B-1U

 

Grade (Cover/Vinyl) -> NM- / Mint-

 

Description -> Thick vinyl is in pristine shape and plays superbly with terrific fidelity. No Spindle marks on either side. The cover made of special soft paper looks in beautiful condition with slightest wear, light browning marks near spine and one tiny paper scrap inside gatefold (See picture). All edges and sides are stiff and great

 

This features a truly impressive folk-rock backing band, later to become The Albion Band with the legendary Shirley Collins. According to me, this would be certainly the album top in the list of any Brit folk rock collection. BBC radio had listed it amongst the top 10 Folk music albums of all time. I won't say much about this except that its a must have.
