For auction here is an extremely hard to find LP of Argentinean Blues Prog Rock brought to us by BILLY BOND Y LA PESADA. This is the rare Vol 4 that rates 3 discs in hans Pokora’s record collector dreams (value between 180 and 330 Euros). Incredible 50`s design cover, this is the ORIGINAL 1973 pressing on MUSIC HALL 13 058, cover is between VG++ and EX++ with just some minor wear on the corners and a light signature in the back cover , Vinyl shows many hairlines and has some background noise but plays wonderfully throughout . A real find in this condition, vinyl rates VG visually but VG++ when you listen. All in all at least VG+ condition. Low starting bid!!

• 1. There are two conditions of getting yourself  FREE SHIPPING :

a :  You need 10 winning bids on LP’s

b : The total sum of your wins must be equal or surpass 75 Euros.

• All LP‘s will be carefully packed in appropriate solid LP boxes.
• CD’s will be shipped without case, however may you prefer to have them with the original case, just add 50 cent per cd. (Free CD shipping will ALWAYS be without case). The exception beeing for mini-LP CD’s or anything in an own paper-case.
• I do not provide a life guarantee on second-hand items, with your bid you accept these terms and decline any further legal right to refunds.
• I am not responsible for bad postal service causing prolonged delays in item delivery , however, registered or priority mail is available at low fees, if desired contact me first.

PAYMENT TERMS : there are 3 options :

1) I accept PAYPAL with a small charge of 1 Euro per transaction. (If you win multiple items and send me a total payment for all together your fee will still be just 1 Euro)

 2) I accept a BANK TRANSFER to my account, which is free of charge within the European Union, as long as you use IBAN and BIC codes. (If you choose this option just contact me after the auction is ended and I will forward the information you need).

3) If you are in a country that does not work with Paypal and transfering to my account is too expensive, you might as well send me CASH in Euros, Us Dollars or Yen in a registered letter. This MUST BE REGISTERED, any other way will not be accepted. For correct procedures please contact me.

If the winning bid is in Dollars or british Pounds but you want to pay the total sum in Euros ,please use these rates :                                              1 USD = 0,86 EUR  OR   1 GBP = 1,65 EUR

Example : you winning bid on 1 LP was : 4.98 USD, you live in Germany therefore shipping is 5.50 Eur. The sum is (4.98 x 0.86) + 5.50  = 9.78Eur

Payment must be received within 10 Days ,or at least contact me if there is any trouble sending payment ! If after 10 days I haven’t heard from you, I will be forced to file a report to Ebay , file for final credit-value and leave turbo-negative feedback!! This action, which I prefer to avoid at all costs usually ends up in account suspension.

I always return feedback to those who have done the same. Do not leave negative feedback if you don't receive your item immediatly, please contact me through ebay, I will always respond at least within 48 hours.

All auctions are final, there are no refunds or garantees granted once the item is in your hands. However if by any chance you receive a wrong item, (which is highly unlikely), just send it back, I will ship you the correct one and refund you your shipping costs to your Paypal account.
