Description


Perhaps best known for the Northern Soul anthem "Honest to Goodness", Herb Ward (also known as Herb Johnson) is a true Northern Soul legend. This release... "Strange Change" backed with "Why Do You Want to Leave Me" on the Argo label is a true gem. This DJ copy has a lot of surface scuffing on both sides, but no scratches that affect play. The first 10 seconds of "Strange Change" features some audible surface noise...but that quickly disappears as Herb warms us all up. I will be adding an auction player to this listing so that you may sample the sound quality for yourself. After one listen..you are going to want to own this record. Overall grade VG. I have added larger photos of this record, so that you may see it in greater detail.
