Rare George Shearing Original Acetate Master Disc - Capitol Records - 12/24/58
This item is an Original Acetate Recording Master Disc featuring George Shearing.
We Give this Rare Master Disc Acetate a Very Good(+) Grade... visual only as we have decided to not attempt to play this Rare Gem.
The Disc does not give an Album Name and it is quite possible that the Lp simply had not been titled. We suspect it is for "Latin Escapade". 3 different Lps were pressed by Shearing in that year and "Latin Escapade" is the closest date release given as a match for the Master Disc. With this said, the Lp this represents may also be a 1959 official release and this would be, "By Request" , "On Stage" or "Goes Hollywood" - Also, we do not know if this pressing is in Stereo or Mono and the label does not suggest which is correct.
Best Guess folks.... This is an Acetate Master Disc for George Shearing and the new owner may wish to play it to figure out just what Lp it is for, so, this is a little bit of a Shearing Pot Luck Sale!
The Disc is presented in a Generic Yellow Sleeve with a cardboard backing. While we are doubtful that the sleeve originally came with this Acetate, this is the way we received it and this is also the way the new owner will receive it.

We ship on Monday, Wednesday & Friday and so long as you have made your payment by Noon by the next shipping day then your package should go to Post on the next shipping day. If for some reason we have problems on that shipping day then the package will go to Post on the following day. For example, if you make a payment on Friday before Noon, then your package will go out on that day. If you have made your payment on a Tuesday then your package will go to Post on Wednesday.
