You are bidding on the above pictured 7" 45 rpm Record. A vintage original copy NOT a current reissue!
TRANSFUNCTION JUNCTION is an upbeat Funk number with a guitar solo. Similar to Tower of Power. The B side is a sweet Soul ballad with some Earth, Wind & Fire style horns. Both were well done songs. I don't know why they weren't signed by a label! Dated 1979. Presumably an Oakland/East Bay Band. Only two previous copies show up on Popsike, so obviously quite scarce.
The record is in VG + condition. The vinyl is glossy and shows few signs of wear. I played both sides and it played well with only the most minor noise. There was a barely audible 'bump' sound on both sides in the lead-off groove, but it only lasted a couple of seconds and did not interfere with the music.
I have been collecting and selling records for over 40 years, and have sold many on Amazon, eBay and at Northern California Record Shows. I can't claim to be perfect when grading, but overall, I have had few complaints. Generally I don't bother with records unless they appear quite clean!
