Description
This is a very rare vintage spoken word LP on the Riverside label - RLP 5006 to be exact - featuring Carroll Shelby "The career of a Great American Driver - told in his own words." This LP books for $200.00 in mint condition according to a price guide I consulted a while back and the starting price on this is obviously a heck of a lot less than that.
The LP looks to be VG+++/M- - some very, very light scuffing - probably from being removed from the inner sleever - but no scratches or other problems that I can see based on a visual inspection. I'm grading this record very conservatively because I've always hated it when I buy a record advertised as NM and it's a VG or VG- at best. I would rather have you pleasantly surprised than disappointed. You should be very happy with the condition of this LP. The sleeve has some slight water stains on the back, the residue of a price sticker on the upper, left side on the back and the start of a seam split on the top right corner. The upper right corner and lower left also have some slight fraying as you can see from the photos.
Item will be sent via priority mail, 2-3 day delivery within the USA at cost. Foreign bidders please email me for shipping cost.
Good luck bidding on this vintage and rare auto racing artifact!
