Rare ANNETTE FUNICELLO TV Promo Record + Stars
This is a rare promotional 7” record from 1964. It features ANNETTE FUNICELLO singing part of her 60s Go Go song that she performed on the Bob Hope TV Special. The record itself is narrated by Bob Hope and includes various excerpts from the show. It starts with Bob singing the Thanksgiving song OVER THE RIVER AND THRU THE WOODS, also several sample jokes from his monolog about President Lyndon Johnson. This is also part of song that DONALD O’CONNOR performed on the show. An excerpt of a skit with Donald and Bob Hope. Also part of a Trini Lopez song from the show. There is part of an original song by STELLA STEVENS spoofing the airlines and a great segment with DR. KILDARE’s Richard Chamberlain joking with Bob Hope. And excerpts of a Japanese Western done by Richard Chamberlain and Bob Hope. Truly a unique and very unusual promotional album from television’s early years. Domestic first class postage $5.
